How does the invoice vs delivery note check work?
Whoever receives goods on site photographs the signed delivery note, and AI breaks it into lines. When the supplier's invoice arrives, every line is checked against the notes and flagged as matched, partial, missing or already billed. You only pay for what arrived.
How do employee permissions work?
Every employee gets their own login and a role: owner, project manager, finance, office manager, site manager or site worker. The role decides what they see and can do, and you can change it at any time.
